Ken and Elaine Orozco were the Panama directors for Building Hope. Their purpose was to provide housing for families that are unable to provide their own. A group will sponsor a family, provide funds, and come to Panama to build the house.
Ken and Elaine have moved back to Costa Rica. They hope to remain involved in Panama whenever possible, but we are looking for a new Homes of Hope director to be located here in Chepo with us. Please consider joining us if you have the training and heart to lead a Homes of Hope ministry!
The most recent build was in Las Margaritas de Chepo. The sponsoring group was Elevate Church in Vancouver, WA, USA. The house foundation was ready before they arrived, so the build only took five days!
