Graduation!

This week we hit a huge milestone in our ministry. We graduated seven students!

The first three were young men finishing their DTS. Two are Wounaan and one is Embera. They worked hard, and especially for these active young guys, sitting in class was the hardest part of the training. Once they got to the practicum and got to travel around the country and be active with projects and ministry, things were much better for them. They were beaming, so proud of their consistency and accomplishments.

The next four were all Wounaan women. All of them had graduated from their DTS last year, and had moved on to the Leadership Formation School. How hard they worked! Three of them planned the entire practicum for the DTS and accompanied the guys. Another worked within her church, providing Sunday School classes and Women's Ministry.

All seven of these amazing people are testifying that God has changed their lives. We couldn't be more proud of them, and are so grateful to the Lord for sustaining the students and staff during this time.

Let's not forget the world's best dog, Carmelita!
